- | I don't quite follow you here. On the NEW DOCUMENT requester, there is a
- | Page Size Gadget on which you may select CUSTOM. When you do that, you
- | may type in the exact size of your media--whatever you want.
-
- See, you may think so, but it doesn't work. I tried it... I tried it a LOT,
- and it never really got its programming around the concept. I
- reported it to Soft-Logik and they tried a couple of helpful
- hints, but none of those worked either. Pagestream just DOES NOT
- LIKE ENVELOPS in a HP Deskjet. You can't change the page size
- in the print requestor, I don't care HOW much you try... all you
- are stuck with are the ones listed in the cycle gadget... and
- landscape mode really doesn't do much better... you just get to
- print funky things almost sideways.
-
-
- | The old PageStream 2.2 did not allow direct control of Landscape vs
- | Portrait (the program selected automatically).
-
- The old PageStream 2.2 handled envelopes like a champ... you could
- set the paper size to whatever you liked, you could print 8 ways to
- sunday.
-
- Haven't found a version of 3.x that played well with envelopes.
